I am A “GP with an interest “and feel much more confident with negative specificity of serial mapping ( if a lesion has been unchanged for a few years )I use a mole mate device and 2 screens to compare ( and dermoscopy) and my instincts agree 70/10/10 visual/dermoscopy and serial monitoring pick up
I give all skin checks half and hour
