Excellent presentation thank you Professor G. Argenziano. I agree totally, and with a lot of my patients who present with clinically suspicious lesions, especially those lesions which are highly suspicious of malignant melanoma. Although history is important, the decision to excise these highly suspicious lesions should not be delayed due to history.
